Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assisting CEO in general Co-ordination
2. Office Records maintenance
3. In-Bound/ Out-bound record maintenance
4. Call record maintenance, transfer to respective department.
5. Co-ordination with the Sales team/ customer / Dealer.
6. Search and research support in preparing for tenders and submissions
7. Quotation preparation and submission to client
8. Follow-up with clients regarding tenders, payment, queries.
9. Handling customer calls/enquires
10. Assist in document preparations, presentations
11. Oversee other general admin and Co-ordination of Office.
The right Candidate for this role:
1. Female candidate preferred for this role
2. Excellent working knowledge in MS Word/ Excel/ PPT and Internet.
3. Should have pleasing personality.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (Fluent in English)
5. Willing to grow with Organization
MBA/PGDBA in Marketing and Finance (Dual discipline preferred)
